What is Meditation?
Meditation is an ancient tool people have used since the dawn of consciousness to connect with the Spirit and to move beyond our physical reality.

It is something that can be practiced by beginners and masters alike. Meditation is not so much about improving ourselves as it is connecting to the deep wisdom we already have within.

As a meditation facilitator, my goal is for people to feel comfortable so they may gain peace and clarity of mind and may live with more presence.
